We currently own the website www./obscured///.net and would like to revamp both the front end and the back end of the site.
We have created a new design for the site which we would like to use. The PSD will be provided but may need slight touching up as some of the layers have been flattened. I’ve attached screen shots of the new design. There will be exactly the same amount of pages that are currently on the site as the screen shots attached show. Secondary pages such as the privacy page and terms and conditions aren’t designed but they are fairly straight forward text pages with no functionality.
We would like to use MODx revolution as the back end CMS. (http://modx.com/revolution/)
The sites admin should be able to do the bellow at a minimum- Add/edit/delete admin users for the site and allow certain levels of access to people to work on the site at multiple times.
- Provide full SEO capabilities for the entire site. E.g canonical urls www./obscured///.net/eledsgdfctivsdfge-dsfgsdfgurdsfgsdfggery/brsdfgain-trsdfgnspdsfgdsfglant.php

- Ability to manage the blog (Some of the articles are shown on the homepage)
- Ability to modify the ad blocks on the site with code.
- Ability to modify the menu items on the left hand side. Add categories and sub categories and associate surgeries to those categories
- Ability to modify the blog/article entries that are displayed on the homepage.

The site must use coding best practices to ensure the site is fast. This is important. I don't want to cut any corners to produce the final product.
All functionality of the site can be easily explained. Will get into more detail once the bid is in.
