It's quite general task when the HTML layout or a PSD design to be integrated to DRUPAL theme. In this project blog, contact us sections were used as modules from Drupal. The disadvantage of using Drupal in this project instead of MODX is that DRUPAL's build -in modules use to many css imported files. Another task of this kind is usually to make a new theme for live website powered by DRUPAL, for example http://www.phpcmsmodx.info/daniel_p/daniel-tpl/?q=node/54 which needed to be integrated to Drupal 7.
