Sometimes website needs to greet the webuser if it's 1st visit like with a popup and just load the page if the webuser has already visited this page before. This is possible only if storing websites coockies on the webuser's browser.

When you first visit this page it says something with popup modal window based on Fancybox plugin and sets the coockies on the webuser's browser.
On next loading page or on the next visit the popup not shown and just says some demo text or usual data
